Certified Facility Manager (CFM) |
The CFM designation of the International Facility Management Association is awarded for demonstrated competence in eight functions of facility management. The competence is demonstrated by having a combination of education and work experience and by passing the demanding CFM certification exam.

Approved Trainer with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) |
IFMA requires trainers to participate in their Train-the-Trainer course, prove their knowledge in the facility management competencies and be approved by the team of instructors. For more information see www.ifma.org

| Building Code Examinations (Bill 124) |
As of January 1, 2006, the Ontario Government requires that building officials and other building practitioners submitting designs to municipalities in connection with a building permit be registered and obtain a Ministry issued registration number (Building Code Identification Number or BCIN). To obtain this number, firms and individuals must pass Ministry Building Code knowledge exams.
