AWE the FUTURE
For more than 30 years, Meredith and her network of experts have facilitated dozens of workplace transformation successes across North America—from banks and medical facilities to government buildings and high-tech sector offices.
As a highly respected workplace and change management strategist, consultant, trainer and public speaker, Meredith helps clients analyze, envision and plan next-era workplaces—all while preparing employees to adapt and thrive.
In 2019, Meredith co-founded Agile Work Evolutions Inc. (AWE) with a mission to remove barriers and future-proof organizations for remote working. AWE developed North America’s first proprietary services-enabled software (SeS) that understands—with accurate employee profile data and comprehensive reporting—how and where employees are working today, how and where they want to work, and how much easier it is to create and manage an agile workforce than ever before.
In 2020, AWE was selected by the City of Ottawa’s Innovative Pilot Program to work with the City’s Innovative Client Services Department on workforce reintegration and economic recovery efforts in response to COVID-19.
