Meredith Thatcher, working as a Senior Advisor on the MHPM team, provided workplace strategy and change management consulting to create the alternative workplace strategy detailing the consolidation of the Montreal HQ for next 25 years. Meredith developed multiple space models to help BDC understand the implications of each model, advised the steering committee on lessons learned from other organizations, and worked with the internal change manager to begin the preparations for the implementation. The first floor is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2017.
